Book online now:

  • To make a booking at The Main Hall and Theatre or The West Wing we require a deposit payment of 25% and a 75% balance payment
  • On receipt of your booking we manually send you 2 invoices from our office via email – please allow 2 days for receipt of your invoice
  • These 2 invoices will be the deposit invoice and the balance invoice
  • On receipt of your invoice we will require payment of your deposit within 3 days of receiving this. If we do not receive your deposit we will take it that the booking is not going ahead and will release the dates, if unable to contact you
  • On receipt of your payment we will send a receipt via email to you
  • We then require your 75% balance payment 1 month prior to your stay
  • We will send a receipt once this payment is received
  • Please note there are different account details for The Main Hall and for The West Wing
  • The invoice will have BACS details which is our preferred method of payment – there is also a link for you to follow to make a Stripe payment via a credit or debit card if required
