Book online now:

  • On receipt of your booking we manually send you 2 invoices via email – a deposit invoice and a balance invoice. Please allow several days for receipt of your invoices
  • We require a deposit payment of 25% within 7 days of receipt of your invoice and the 75% balance payment 1 month prior to your stay
  • If we do not receive your deposit and we are unable to contact you to check, we will take it that the booking is not going ahead and will release the dates
  • On receipt of your payments we will send a receipt via email to you
  • We don’t send out a reminder for the balance payment so please ensure this is paid on time. Please email to let us know that this has been paid – a receipt will then be sent over
  • Please note there are different account details for The Main Hall and Theatre to The West Wing and Park Cottage – thank you
  • The invoice will have BACS details which is our preferred method of payment – there is also a link for you to follow to make a Stripe payment via a credit or debit card if required
  • We must ask that your party size and configuration adheres to any Covid-19 Government restrictions that are currently in place for the dates of your stay – we will ask you to confirm this in an email to us if your booking is for a stay prior to 21st June 2021
