Book online now:

  • On receipt of your booking we manually send you 2 invoices via email – a deposit invoice and a balance invoice. Please allow several days for receipt of your invoices as our office is not manned every day
  • We require a deposit payment of 25% within 7 days of receipt of your invoice and the 75% balance payment 1 month prior to your stay
  • If we do not receive your deposit and we are unable to contact you to check, we will take it that the booking is not going ahead and will release the dates
  • Once payment has been received we will send a receipt via email to you
  • Please note there are different account details for The Main Hall and Theatre to The West Wing and Park Cottage – thank you
  • The invoice will have BACS details which is our preferred method of payment – there is also a link for you to follow to make a Stripe payment via a credit or debit card if required
