The Main Hall is the largest part of the house, with four individually designed bedrooms – a Superking attic suite with bathroom, a King size four poster bedroom with dressing room and a beautiful twin room with shared bathroom and finally a lovely double with en-suite.

The adjacent Theatre wing; a fabulous three bedroom cottage with all its own facilities, flows comfortably through from the Hall kitchen into the cosy Theatre sitting room. Here you will find a double with en-suite, and the master bedroom with en-suite which links through to the final twin room, perfectly suiting a family set up. All together making a stunning seven bedroom property with the additional option of a double sofa bed in the Theatre sitting room, and double Futon in the Hall’s attic suite, and up to four additional z-beds and two cots if required.

Downstairs in The Main Hall is a welcoming drawing room and stunning black and gold dining room with table for 16. If the West Wing is also booked, we can add a further table for 14 in the dining room to seat 30 guests together.

The spacious Main Hall kitchen, with sofa area, TV and dining for 14, opens out onto two walled gardens – the South Lawn and the stunning Roman Garden with pond, temple and dining table under the vine-covered pergola. There is also an enclosed meadow off the Roman Garden which is perfect for a kick-about or some garden games.

The house has an abundance of space in which to gather, party, relax with a book, dine, sleep and revive yourselves! The gardens are only a start to the outside space you have, with fabulous walks you can take around the acres of parkland, lakes and fields. There is also a superb indoor heated swimming pool to the side of the house to solve that ‘what to do on a rainy day’ problem. You will be given your own session windows in which you and your guests can have totally private access to the pool.

The Main Hall with Theatre and The West Wing can be booked together to make up the whole of Sedgeford Hall – it can be opened up to make one large house – this sleeps 29 people + 4 (on sofa beds / futons).

If you include Park Cottage which sleeps 12 + 2, then 47 guests (plus cots and z-beds) can stay together on the Estate.
