The West Wing of the Hall has glorious views over the park towards the lake and woodland, where many walks can be taken.

Downstairs in The West Wing you will be greeted by the bright open hallway with sofas, armchairs and coffee table. This leads to the cosy sitting area with corner sofa, TV, books and log burner. The bright, homely kitchen has a dining table for 14, and a range cooker. Downstairs you will find three bedrooms; two twins and a double – two with en-suites and with one shower room and toilet across the hall. Upstairs there are four lovely bedrooms; a king size with additional single bed and ensuite, a twin with en-suite and a twin and a double with one Jack and Jill bathroom for them to share.

The West Wing has become a very popular holiday home. The spacious, enclosed garden with large lawn, gravel area with bench seating, views of the woods and fields and coal BBQ make a perfect setting for a day or evening spent outside with friends and family. The swimming pool a few moments’ walk away is an added bonus. The West Wing and its grounds have all you need for a relaxing family gathering or celebration.

The Main Hall with Theatre and The West Wing can be booked together to make up the whole of Sedgeford Hall – it can be opened up to make one large house – this sleeps 29 people + 4.

If you include Park Cottage which sleeps 12+2, then 47 guests (plus cots and z-beds) can stay together on the Estate.
