No project is too big or too small - ranging from our resident Bug Hotel, lovingly named 'Bugford Hall', to our newest project, a 44.5 hectare solar farm.

Spent a weekend celebrating a 50th birthday with friends and we had the entire main house all to ourselves. WowWee stunning 🤩 Fun fact: the main house is so large that it took approximately 7 minutes speed walking indoors from room to room - a leisurely wander around entire main house, orangery and gardens 20 minutes! Loved this house, especially the huge kitchen! So many gushing positives - huge house, huge rooms, beautiful surroundings, indoor swimming pool, courtyard garden terrace with large ornamental pond, total privacy despite cottages speckled across the estate. Loved it and happily would return.

We recently organised a small family wedding here and the house was perfect, and all the team who look after it went out of their way to accommodate us. We rented out the main hall and theatre, plus the west wing which they opened up so the entire building was available to us. The kids loved swimming in the pool every day, and having it to ourselves with our own time slot was such a treat. There is so much room to break off into smaller groups, but also lovely big spaces for big family meals, and room to host a 30 person wedding. The gardens are beautiful, they're so peaceful, so well looked after and surround the house. you feel like you've been whisked back 100 years and are a grand noble family living the life, whilst also having some modern comforts throughout the home.

Fantastic place to stay. We were a large family from kiddies up to nanas. Loads of room for everyone. A secure garden with plenty of seating surrounded by farmland with a beautiful pergola to sit under. A large kitchen with a round table where all 10 of us fitted. Enough of everything you could need is available from plates, crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, 2 kettles and glasses of every size and shape. A separate utility houses 2 fridges, a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. The house is decorated to reflect its character. The beds were super comfy with lovely white linen. Everywhere was immaculate when we arrived. Thank you for the best holiday.

We were looking for somewhere to stay, in Norfolk, for 18 women to celebrate a retirement. Sedgeford Hall was perfect. Lots of space for get togethers, the garden space was lovely. Easy access to Peddars Way for walks which was great. Lovely also to make use of the swimming pool.

2nd visit which says it all. The accommodation is exceptional the swimming pool such a bonus, The peace that surrounds it brilliant. We were blessed with good weather and were able to sit in the garden where all you can hear is birdsong. The local Chinese restaurant is great and the local beaches are all within easy reach. Our party enjoyed our visit so much and are hoping to return again fairly soon. Thanks for a brilliant holiday.

Lovely house in a lovely location. Stayed there for Easter and my 60th birthday with my family. The bedroom situation was perfect for us. The pool was fab and we all enjoyed it. The garden was lovely and the kids had a great Easter egg hunt amongst the daffodils. The kitchen was really well equipped and the cooker easy to use. The lounge accommodated all 12 of us. The beds were really comfortable.. what else can l say… would definitely recommend.

Great quiet location. Accommodation was fabulous very clean with a great cottage feel. We loved being surrounded by nature sheep with their lambs pheasants rabbits etc. was a great location for a large group of friends or family to get together. Garden was lovely and with the good weather we had made a brilliant relaxing environment.
