Arrival is from 3pm. Details of how to access the property will be emailed across approximately 3-4 weeks in advance.
We kindly ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10am at the very latest on your day of departure – our cleaning team arrive promptly to ensure they have time for all necessary cleaning.
Approximately 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival you will receive an email clarifying how you will gain access to the property, along with an up to date Information Pack. We have coded locks on the doors so no key collection is required – the email will explain how these work.
Main Hall & Theatre – There is ample parking for your whole group in front of the Hall. You can use the whole space around the turning circle.
The West Wing – There is ample parking for your whole group behind the four door garage block you will see on your right when you come down the West Wing drive.
Park Cottage – There is ample parking for your whole group in front of the property. If you do require it, cars can also be parked on the grass area to the right of the track – please make sure no gates to either of the fields are blocked as the farmers need regular access to these, and farm vehicles to go up the track past the property so please also keep this clear.
You can book by heading to: www.sedgefordhall.com/stay and choosing which property you would like to view prices & availability for. You can also email me on [email protected] or call 01485 572855.
We ask for a 25% deposit within 1 week of booking and the 75% balance to be paid 1 month prior to your stay. Two separate invoices will be sent for these payments upon booking.
Our changeover days are Fridays and Mondays. We can take bookings on a Friday for 3 or 7 nights, and for 4 nights from a Monday. These aren’t flexible I’m afraid.
During Christmas and New Year we only offer a 7 night break.
Our full terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.
If you have to cancel your booking at any time the full amount will only be refunded if the property is re-let for the dates of your stay. Yes, you can. Please see our ‘Recommended Suppliers’ section for a list of local companies. We do ask that you let us know and we will require a copy of the companies’ Public Liability Insurance emailing to [email protected].
In order for our guests to have the pool to themselves we have put a Rota system in place. Each day, between 8am and 6pm, is divided into equal sessions for each Holiday Cottage to have private access included as part of the accommodation booking. Private Sessions are also available to the general public to book, in the early morning before 8am or after 6pm or all day Friday during our cottage changeover. Should our holiday guests wish to add to their Rota times, you are also able to book these sessions. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange this.
You will be sent out an updated copy of the Rota at booking and then again approximately one month prior to your stay.

All three of our holiday cottages can be accessed on ground level via built in ramps or straight from outside – The Hall is straight from outside, The West Wing is via a shingle ramp and Park Cottage is via a slabbed ramp.
In the Main Hall and Theatre no bedrooms can be accessed on ground level – the Master bedroom in the Theatre is on the ground floor but there are four steps down from the Theatre’s external door or four steps up from the Theatre’s sitting room to access this bedroom. Once accessed this bedroom is spacious and has a large bathroom with large corner bath and a spacious walk-in shower.

Park Cottage is all on ground level. The master bedroom has access to a large bathroom with an open wet room style shower and fold down seat. This room also has a SuperKing bed. Access into the back garden is also straight onto a patio area, via a small drop down at the door threshold.
